It began back in 1964 when the locally famous Night Hawk Steak House in Austin, TX started producing frozen dinners featuring charbroiled steaks for local grocery stores.  Over the years, the Night Hawk brand has grown to include a variety of delicious and convenient products that are sold in stores across the United States.

Today we are producing a variety of products from private label meals for grocery stores to cooking meat products for various distribution channels.  We have the capability to produce all kinds of frozen products for all kinds of customers.
