PRIVATE LABEL / CO-PACKING

In addition to our Night Hawk branded products, we are in the business of producing private label products and co-packing for other brands.

We have been in the private label business for several years and have the capabilities to customize products to each retailer's specifications.  We are also able to co-pack many different kinds of frozen products in our USDA inspected plant located just south of Austin, Texas.

As part of our operation, we cook side dishes such as vegetable medleys, casseroles, etc. in our kitchen-kettle operation.  We then plate the product into a variety of tray configurations and sizes.  Our operation is a complete process from raw materials to finished goods.
